- Review and Public Feedback: You acknowledge that any review or opinion provided by AuxChord or its reviewers may be shared publicly, whether positive or negative. AuxChord and its reviewers reserve the right to use these reviews in live streams, videos, or any other content published on social media platforms or other public-facing channels.
- Content Removal Requests: While you may request the removal of a review, AuxChord and its reviewers are not obligated to comply and are not responsible for any content already broadcasted or shared on social media platforms.
- No Liability for Broadcasted Content: AuxChord and its reviewers are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the public sharing or broadcast of your music, including but not limited to the use of content on TikTok or other social media platforms.
- Email Submission Requirements: Some reviewers may require your email address to process or prioritize submissions. By providing your email, you consent to receive communication from AuxChord and its reviewers, including notifications, feedback, and other relevant updates about your submission. AuxChord will not share your email address with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for the review process or by law.
- Email Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving further communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or by contacting AuxChord directly. However, opting out may affect the processing or review of your submission.
By submitting your music to AuxChord, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
